A public hearing continuation will be held on Thursday, December 9th, 2021 at 6:00 P.M in the Court Room at 250 Broadway, located on the second floor. This date change has been requested by the applicant.
Vertical Bridge REIT, LLC has proposed a “Vertical Bridge” (cell phone tower) 15 Elmwood Road Extension A.K.A. 381 Broadway zoned in the Broadway Business District (BBD). They are applying for a Use Variance for this proposed project.
The Village Schedule of Use Regulations, Chapter 169, Schedule “A” does not recognize the proposed tower as a “principal use permitted by right or a use permitted by special permit”.
Such public hearings are open to the public and are accessible to the handicapped. All are encouraged to attend or to present comments in writing.
