ZBA PUBLIC HEARINGS
A Public Hearing scheduled for Thursday, June 13, 2024, at 6:00 P.M. at 250 Broadway to consider the following application for an Area Variances.
Alison Walden is applying for an Area Variance for a Boundary Line Adjustment for property located at 29 and 31 North Lyons Avenue has been denied at this time The proposed “BLA” encroaches the minimum side yard setbacks of 10 feet in the R-1 Zone.
As discussed, you have the right to apply for an Area Variance for relief of the current setback requirements of Chapter 169-15 section “F” of Village Code.
