ZBA PUBLIC HEARINGS

A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, June 1st, 2023, at 6:00 P.M. at 250 Broadway to consider the following applications for an Area Variance and Use Variance.

96 Menand Road, Daughters of Charity for the purpose of reviewing and formally approving the language of the ruling on the Final Decision on the application by the Board.

Continuation of Public Hearing for Davis Properties & Investments, LLC application for an Area Variance for 50-56A Clifford Road.  The applicant wants to construct 4 additional four-unit buildings on the property.

Based on Chapter 169, of the Village Code, the maximum density allowed in an R3A Zone is 12 units per acre.  The proposed project will result in a density of 15 units per acre on the lot.  In addition, the Area Variance will be seeking relief from setback requirements of 40’, as required in the Village Code.
