ZBA PUBLIC HEARING

A Public Hearing to be held on Thursday, July 25, 2025, at 6:00 P.M. at 250 Broadway to consider the following application for an Area Variance.

Harmony Prima Lofts, LLC Is seeking sub-division approval through the Village Board where they are to construct 26 garages I the rear of the property. The proposed sub-division does not meet the required lo depth of 90 ft, therefore, the applicant must get relief from the 90 ft minimum depth before the Village board can approve the sub-division.

As a reminder, this is the same location of the construction of the 26 garage that received relief of the minimum rear setback though the ZBA.

The location on the property of the potential garages is encroaching the minimum rear setbacks based on Chapter 169-20 G (3) of the Village Code. The Harmony Prima Lofts LLC is located within the Broadway Business District (BBD) zone.
