ZBA PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, January 5th, 2023, at 6:00 P.M at 250 Broadway to consider the following application for an Area Variance and Use Variance.
Daughters of Charity, 96 Menand Road, Area & Use Variance.
Daughters of Charity, 96 Menand Road is an an “R” Zone. Chapter 169 Schedule “A” does not list this proposed development as a “Principal Use Permitted by Right” or a “Use Permitted by Special Permit”, therefore, it is not allowed in an “R” Zone. Also, Chapter 169 Schedule “B” states in an “R” Zone the maximum building height is 35′ and the number of stories is 2 1/2; the primary building height is 79′ and exceeds 2 1/2 stories tall.
