The first blended in-person/remote Village of Menands Board of Trustees regular bi-monthly meeting will be held Tuesday, September 8th, 2020 at 6:00 PM. Menands residents may listen to or view the meeting by clicking the link below or calling the number below and using the code provided. In order to comply with New York State law, this meeting will be recorded and transcribed.
All board members and department heads who will be present in-person will be logged in to Google Meet during the meeting so those participating remotely can fully see and hear you. When someone is presenting remotely, they will be shown on the big screen in the boardroom. Those in attendance with questions can ask in real time and can be heard and seen by those presenting remotely.
