Due to the current situation with COVID-19 and subsequent social distancing guidelines, the Village of Menands Board of Trustees has decided to host its regular bi-monthly meeting via Google Meet on Monday, June 1, 2020 at 6:00 PM to protect the public’s health, safety and welfare. Menands residents may listen to or view the meeting by clicking the link below or calling the number below and using the code provided. In order to comply with New York State law, this meeting will be recorded and transcribed.
Once Mayor Grenier calls the meeting to order, she will ask all attendees to identify themselves and then to mute their microphone to ensure that only the person speaking can be heard and seen without feedback disruption.
As we will be conducting essential business during the meeting, there will be no public comment. If you have any comments or questions that you would like, read into the record at the meeting, please email Clerk Don Handerhan no later than June 1, 2020 at 12:00 noon at handerhand@menands3.nsddev.com.
