Local Law #1 of 2023 seeking to repeal existing Chapter 169 Zoning Law of the Village of Menands, Chapter 30 Planned Development District, Chapter 100 Gasoline Stations, Chapter 140 Site Plan Review, and chapter A172 Site Plan Review Regulations and replacing with a new chapter 169 Zoning Law of the Village of Menands. Such public hearings are open to the public and accessible to the handicapped.
