Please be advised that, as part of the Village of Menands Centennial Celebration, there will be a parade on Broadway on Saturday, June 1st. Portions of Broadway will be closed for the duration of the parade. Travelers will need to plan accordingly. We look forward to seeing residents along the parade route and after at the Farmers Market as we commemorate this special occasion.

Ends at the Menands Farmers Market for festivities: 1:00 – 4:00

TRAFFIC ADVISORY
Please be advised that on Saturday, June 1, 2024, a portion of Broadway will be closed at 11:30 for the Village of Menands Centennial Parade. There will be no access to Broadway from just north of exit 6 off I787 (near Morgan Linen), to just south of Clifford Road. Those exiting I787 from exit 6 will be able to go south on Broadway and those entering I787 will have access from exit 6.
Residents on Brookside Ave, Tillinghast Ave, Menand Road, Villa Road, N & S Lyons, E & W Kenmar, Upland and Station Street will be able to enter and exit Broadway and head north via Clifford Road. Residents and businesses along Broadway, on the side streets on the east side, and Menands Garden Apartments, will not have access from 11:30 until the end of the parade. Emergency vehicles will have full access to all areas during this time.
