Minutes of the Health Insurance Workshop held on Monday, October 29th, 2019 Mayor Megan Grenier opened the Workshop at 5:30 P.M.

The Mayor led the Pledge of Allegiance.

The Clerk read the Notice:

A Health Insurance Workshop for Board Members will be held by the Board of Trustees of the Village of Menands in the Municipal Building at 250 Broadway of such Village on Tuesday, October 29th, 2019 at 5:30 P.M. Such Workshops are open to the public and accessible to the handicapped.

Ms. Judy Ture, the Village’s Insurance Consultant reviewed the 2020 Health Insurance options for the Village and answered all questions. Discussion followed.

The Clerk was asked to contact employees to advise them that The Village is considering changing Dental Coverage and to have them check with their Dentist to see if they except Delta Dental PPO.

The Mayor hearing no further comments or questions closed the Insurance Workshop at 7:28 P.M.
